 Ben and Lee were prompt, polite and professional at all times.  Ben fotted the boiler and did an excellent job in a shorter than anticipated time frame,  Lee fitted the Hive controls and also took the time to check some other issues we were having with a shower.  Olwyn was excellent in supplying the boiler at very short notice and was in touch before (including site inspection0 and after the boiler was fitted to ensure we were happy.  We were so pleased with the service that we have asked them to supply and fit two new showers and fit a kitchen sink and tap.  Really pleased overall and highly recommend.
